Audits

Audits provide a very good opportunity for a company to review correct documentation, compliance with procedures and processes, and knowledge. Our many years of experience in the areas of DOA (Part 21, Subpart J), POA (Part 21, Subpart G), MOA (Part 145), (Part CAMO, Part M und Part ML), EN 9100 / ISO 9001 show that independent audits add value because they are unbiased and objective.

​This also provides a chance to uncover improvement opportunities that may not be perceived or deliberately overlooked in internal audits due to “operational blindness,” unconscious acceptance of a suboptimal condition, or organizational/personality-related circumstances.

The above-mentioned audits can also be conducted prior to a company acquisition to assess the acquiring companies regarding the fulfilment of, e.g., air law requirements and the condition of the quality management system.

Additionally, we undertake the preparation and management of complete audit programs (audit plans, audit criteria, audit checklists, auditing, reporting, etc.) for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as supporting the customer in conducting root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions, and defining effective preventive measures.
